Ask the admins to put them together.

As for the renaming, while inside the thread, you simply press "New reply" button, then go to the "Post subject", which is at the top of he very first post, and change it for whatever you like.

About the shields: only for those tubes that do have shields. Do not need to shield the tubes that do not have them.
Also see if there used to be one, but got somehow ripped out: you could tel by the empty rivet holes etc.
