When I Google searched Y4 capacitor, this definition came up...
Y capacitor sub-classes. Y4 capacitors have a rated voltage under 150 volts of alternating current (VAC) Y3 capacitors have a rated voltage from 150 up to 250 VAC. Y2 capacitors have a rated voltage from 150 up to 500 VAC and basic insulation. Y1 capacitors have a rated voltage of up to 500 VAC and double insulation.
