I have never hear of the Suppressor Grid to be used in parallel with the Grid.
SG sole purpose is to be anti-dynatron grid, which is suppressing the secondary emission.
Which usually makes it connecting to GND or K.
People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
