New neon bulbs arrived for the radio (and for another project) during last week. I was informed by Mrs H that we were having a horse barn get together yesterday at noon, and our radio owner friend would be joining the party. There was just time to get it all back together, including a final touch up of the alignment before we were due to leave. The radio was presented to a very happy lady. She told me a few stories about playing with it as a child, and it pulling in stations far and wide - and was excited to try again, promising an update. I explained a little about what I'd done, what to expect, and let her know to come back with any questions or problems.
