A DMM is good enough.
One rarely has to measure indictance, but if you do, short of getting a serious LCR meter (I have one, but rarely use it) there are DMMs available with L measurements.
People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
