I just taped the two pieces of the cap together, but I can see your method is better. I just held the lead in with solder, but I see using a screw is a better solution which I’ll do on the second unit.


I just drilled a hole, looped the ground onto that and soldered it in place. With the hvac tape I figure it’s not going anywhere. On the next I’ll use a nut and bolt.

Why kind of glue did you use?
