I don’t have a vise so I had to hold it in my
hand. Not optimal but covered up by the hvac
tape in the end.
I have a few more similar caps so my technique
will get better. I’ve never stuffed a cap and I also have
an essential tremor - basically your hands shake
like Parkinson’s without having the disease - so the
fact I can do this at all is a good thing.
My repairs work but will never be as good looking as
I’d like
