Electrolytic restuffing/internals

For the question about the jagged hacksaw cut, the most common reason is too aggressive 'bite' of the saw blade. I use a very fine tooth blade because the can is soft and subject to ripping with coarse blades. I use 24 - 30 TPI (teeth per inch) blades, and cut around the can, not through it to the other side.
