There is no such thing as 0.005uF 1000V electrolytic.
It is either a paper, or ceramic, or a mica.

If you have desoldered it (and have not damaged leads/case entry spot), just measure it. A mica won't move the value at all and can be put back; a paper cap will drift a whole lot and should be discarde.
An electrolytic...like I said, it is like the Unicorn. It does not exist.
