Those filter caps in the cardboard tube are easy to restuff, especially the kind with the rolled over end. You don't have to do it of course but I don't think I have had a problem fitting new caps into one, even of a larger value The twist lock cans; on the other hand, some of those are too short, and or, too small in diameter, because what is inside is a "jelly roll" of paper, gauze, and foil, where they all share a common negative foil.
I'm with Vlad over the Hayseed Hamfest cans, you really have to love the device you are rebuilding to invest in those, and I also don't know what the quality is of the capacitors inside the can. I also can't see the advantage over using an "Adapt-A-Cap" over a terminal strip, neither one is original, but the terminal strip is way cheaper.
