Philco 42-345 Restoration/Repair

We'll guys this radio played yesterday and until this evening, I even had the owner stop by to see all I replaced before inserting the chassis back into the case and it played good during that time. So, I put it together and built myself a loop Antenna which to my surprise worked very well. Unfortunately, there must still be an issue with the band switch, and I know I've switched it earlier, but I believe only while the radio was off and had no problem after turning the radio on. I took a chance while it was playing and switched the band and that was it. Again, I cannot get it to pick up any broadcast, so the chassis is out of the case. I have sprayed more DexIT and closed shop for the evening and start out fresh tomorrow.
Here are a couple of pictures of what I thought was finished.
I like how my home-made Antenna just slid out of the case.
