Were it a 70, the asking value would be over $100. Probably $200.
The prices have recently dropped; but 70 is still holding.
I do not know about battery radios.

However a 70 cabinet in good shape might make it somewhat valuable for those looking for one, even if 35 is less desirable.

One thing I am not sure of is the speaker mount: it might be different for 35, but I am sure a person with right skills can take care of it.

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
