Hello Dale,
very cool Idea and Idea I thought of is restore a farm set and give to a friend's daughter as a gift who happens to live on a farm /ranch .

Sincerely Richard
P.S. one of my little Farm Sets Was once owned by Late Dale Davenport it's a little little Emerson made out that cardboard .

my Biggest set is a RCA Console that I plan to restore the chassis this winter !
