Just to keep this in one thread.
I’ve acquired another PT6 chassis. I have another with wiring issues so I’m hopeful by comparison I can get both working. I’ll end up with two complete units with cases and a working chassis.
My suspicion here is that the loctal tubes were originally intended for autos. With WW2 coming Philco repurposed them for these radios.
