I was curious how you handled the line cap? These generally seem to use something like an .04 mfd cap.
What is best for replacing with a safety cap - an .01 Y cap?? Or as close as possible to
.04??

I’ve done two 41-255 and I think that’s what I did but I see people using lower .01 values which seems wrong.

I can never remember if I’m supposrd to use an X2 or a Y2 cap.


Everything is getting packed so I can’t get at those units to check.
