You shouldn't see a blue spark when you test the CRT. Did you hit "emission" or "rejuvination"?
Rough, but looks 100% original. You may think the flyback looks bad, but it's fine. That how they all look more or less. Just leave it alone for now. once you get the set working, maybe paint a little corona dope on the donut to seal the cracks.
You've seen my videos so you know what I'd do - pull the chassis and main PCB and replace everything.
