Hello RGK20m3 ,
Far,as the fluke goes what is meant by the internal resistance means is that when you have it connected to a circuit for test the circuit sees a the meter asa 10 megohm resistor .
Now, if you were using the RCA WV-98 Voltohmyst, the internal resistance is 11 megohm resistor .
