Hello, Well I'm in a pickle now. I am trying to remove the 1st IF coil so I can replace the grid cap wire. There is a ring holding the coil into the tube. I got that out and started to pull the coil out only to have it stop at the top wafer which is slightly bigger than the ring landing. Anyone have any idea how to get the coil out of the can? Unfortunately I already cut the grid cap wire off so no going back.
