I don’t recall the concentration I used but I brushed the solution on the stained area, kept it moist with added brushing for 30 minutes or so and then rinsed it off with water. Worked ok for a mild water stain.

However, a furniture restorer I watch on YouTube, Tom Johnson Antuque Furnuture Restoration, brushes on a coat of the solution over the entire surface and lets it dry overnight. Next day he rinses it off with water. As with all chemicals, don’t get it on your skin or eyes. I wear safety glasses and nitrile gloves.
