With all the rain we've had lately, I haven't had a chance to take more pix of the car. It is really clean, and the Lycoming V8 purrs like a kitty-kat.
Father in law got the radio back in the car and I trying to figure out how to get the on/off switch and the volume controls to line up.
Working great, all I needed to do after the repair was tweek the local oscillator trimmer caps a little since mucking with the transformer disturbed the resonance a little bit.
