Hi Jeff - I highly recommend that you not power up the radio until cap 26 is rewired. As MrFixr stated cap 26 is not supposed to be grounded. The schematic shows the center tap of the power transformer connected to resistor 24 as the point where the negative of cap 26 should be connected. This is probably a terminal near resistor 24. This terminal should measure about 300 ohms to chassis ground.
