That was quite some time ago.
Even though a few years ago when the question was asked about Chuck, it was answered by someone that he had been dealing with medical issues but got better, his website has since stopped being updated, and I have not heard that he provided these services anymore.
This said, I used On-line Riders, and it was sufficient, though I once ordered sch for 37-116 from Chuck and, of course, his was superb quality. But Riders is workable.
Also, we have this here (Dale, I guess, put it all in): probably better quality scan than what Nostalgiaair.org has.
