Hello Mr Fixxr,
I hope to restore my Zenith 3000 this winter it is not the best looking with some cosmetic issues but it will work and it was free !
I did buy one those cheap ESR meters plus I have my Sencore LCR meter that will put real working voltages on electrolytics not like that $10. ERS tester.

Far as capacitors the real pain are those surfacemount type the round silver cans .
like in my Sony Walkman TV's and Apple computers.
