Did about 2/3 of the capacitor and resistor replacements tonight.  It appears there were some mis-picks in my order so going to have to wait until the right pieces come in for one resistor and three capacitors.  Once that's done, I should be able to do a preliminary power-up test.  Much simpler, as has already been stated, than either the RCA 6K3 and the Philco 37-620.

Anyone have thoughts about adapting this design to include an Aux input, or is it not practical?
