Hi Alan,

What Keith and Ron said +1 Icon_thumbup . My first radio was a 41-300, yes it is tedious but they do reward you with a nice sounding radio. Don't be afraid to ask anything these guys are the best. I would have given up if it wasn't for their sage advise and direction.
