Hey guys, I am back to the project, finally.

Need to clean the whole thing.
I started with cleaning the tuning cap.
It is a three-section one.

Really filthy.
What is a good way to clean it? So not to damage insulation, give it some shine, and (I think it is needed) to lube the rubbing places?
People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
