I'm just about done with the bakelite blocks.
When I popped open this 4989K (0.18 mfd), I found two sections just like Philcofan did.
I'm sure a couple 0.1 in parallel or a 0.22 would be just fine, but I searched around and found a 0.18 CDE cap.
