The information I have access to says the dial for the Philco 66B is indeed part number 27-5057. This is a tombstone radio with the small window for the dial - is that correct? (Philco also made a cathedral radio with this model number). Here's a picture of the 66B from Ron's website.

The 66S has a much more ornate grill than the 66B, but I don't have any other specific info on it. I'm sure there is someone here that has access to better info than I do. Here's a picture of the 66S from Ron's website.

It is possible that your 66S has the correct dial with part number 27-5081, but I'm not able to verify it.
