Yes, the Hammond 125ASE will work fine for your 41-265. The 125ASE is rated at 25ma/3 watts. The 41 tube at a plate voltage of 200 volts has an output impedance of about 9K. Therefore, the 10K tap will work well. The 41-265 with a approximate Plate voltage above will have a max. output of about 2-2.5 watts. If you want more headroom you can always go with the 125BSE but probably not needed. John
