I will post pictures of the "finished" product soon. It looks nice and much, much better than when I started. I know that I cut some corners not using the tinted lacquer and for my next refinish, I plan to do so, once I can find a dealer that is less expensive than the ones I have found. I just need to find the time to do the research.
Question: I have purchased a replacement decal for another 42-PT95 that was missing the "PHILCO Transitone" label on the front of the radio. I purchased this from Radio Daze. How do I go about applying it ? Is it a "water" decal ?
I was hoping that there were instructions from Radio Daze, but alas, none were in the envelope.
