X2 safety capacitor for38-10 philco

The 38-10 already has two .015 caps going from each leg of the AC line to ground (see part #47). It would not be a bad idea to replace those with Y safety caps since they are going to ground, you'd use X safety caps if going across the line. You can buy safety caps rated X1/Y2 so you can use them in either application.

I usually get mine from Mouser because I don't think they have a minimum and their shipping is reasonable, plus I usually find several other caps and components to stock up on. Here is a link to some .01 line rated X1/Y2 caps that will work well for your application:
