I have 5 of each, and prefer the looks of the zenith cabinets.
They are much easier to work on as well.
Just depends on which model zenith you are talking about.
Some are ok, and some are very rich sounding with excellent bass.
Philco's about the same in my opinion.
Seems like most people prefer the tuning eye as well which Philco didn't do.
Just my opinion,
