Oops! Sorry about that. I'm running around trying to get things put away before it gets too dark. Getting absent minded in my advancing years Icon_redface

! I took the mystery control cover off and it appears to have the original bettery pack still installed as well as a Philco 30 Tube, pretty neat. Also the wiring is still in beautiful condition.
