As they have the Philco-Ford logo, they are no older than late 1960s. Possibly even early 1970s.
Collector value is nil to not much, I'm afraid.
If they are 32 ohm speakers, then I have a Philco AM-FM receiver that would work with them. These look very 1970s to me, though, and my receiver is a 1966 model. I probably would not have bought the receiver had I known it was designed for use with 32 ohm speakers.
