High-Efficiency Aerial Question
#19

exray Wrote:I'd love to hear the results.

We all tend to pontificate about 'best' antennas but you've got some good road mileage with tweaking Philco front-ends and a good side-by-side comparison with your knowledge and different available sets would be great, if not a legendary ongoing thread - haha. Icon_lol

Go for it!

Legendary?! Icon_confused Icon_lol That'll be the day. Stop teasing me or I'll end up at ARFs clubhouse looking for a hug Icon_rolleyes Icon_wink Anyhoot, since it is a tuned antenna of sorts(matched impedance), and the radio's front end is "supposedly" designed around one. Results would be interesting.
