Philco "Ribbed" cloth, Pattern #14.
There have been numerous discussions, and disagreements, as to the authenticity of this cloth. On most Philcos using this pattern, the cloth was originally more of an olive hue, that faded to a golden brown over time. The olive color was formerly available from these suppliers, but is no longer available. The golden color looks good and is a nice substitute. That's one man's opinion.
