What model do I have???

I just opened up a recent purchase of a Philco and I'm not sure exactly what I have. The label on the inside says it's a model 66. However, there is a hole in the chassis where the 80 rectifier is indicated on the label and looks like nothing was ever mounted there. On top of the power transformer is an integrated tube socket, but definitely not for an 80 tube as it is an 8 pin socket (and empty). Another thing I don't see in looking at it is a dial light, or mounting brackets whatsoever. Does anyone have a picture of a chassis that might be like mine they could post to see what's supposed to be there? Thanks!
