That's odd, whenever I run into a Philco cathedral in my region, it's usually a model 20 in the "plain brown wrapper" version, I have yet to see a Deluxe version with the quilted maple arch. I saw on on fleabay just tonight, though it may be outside of driving distance to where you are. But in terms of overall production I believe that Philco built 343,000 Baby Grand style model 20s, , I'm not sure what the production numbers were for each version though. There were three console versions, two with just the radio and a third that also had a phonograph, the radio-phono console version is the rarest obviously.
