      This philco 112x was not wanted buy anybody except me, it reminded me of the misfit toys of Roudofh the red nose raindeer movie. The cabinet was so roached out that even I had to scratch my head , it was at an antique radio auction and I got it.  All the veneer was shot except the front control panel. its customized a little, but so what, that's the way I wanted it. Added 5 watt nite lite above the speaker on seprate switch , I think philco did that one time on a different radio of that time period, i don't remember the model, I like the cross in the sound board , a preacher could use that radio in his study.
