Unsoldered 6&7 from Filament Socket and the Center Tap(- Icon_cool

When placing an Ohm meter on 6 & 8 - 0
When placing an Ohm meter on 7 & 8 - 0
When placing an Ohm meter on 6 & 7 - 0.4-0.5

PRAYING I do not have a bad transformer. thoughts ?
