mallory capacitor

hey guys
I am working on a electro battery eliminator model p
no schematic  and only one has one is rm and I don't want to join right now
question is  what do I replace it with ?
Mallory capacitor type e.p.
3-.61ohms
        max
6-2vdc
6 45
95234
that's exactly what`s on cap
2 black wires ground
1red wire checked OL
1green wire checked 30
using fluke 114 meter
