Here are the part numbers, uf value and voltage ratings for the electrolytics on my 38-690 (Code 125).

Part 110: 2uf 450v; 2uf 450v, 1uf 450v, 10uf 50v, 2uf 300v.
Part 164: 3uf 475v; 2uf 300v; 8uf 475v.
Part 169: 8uf 475v; 10uf 50v
Part 170: 8uf 475v
Part 173: 18uf 500v
Part 176: 8uf 475v
Part 177: 8uf 500v
