I replaced 5 electrolytic caps 
replaced 49 resister bad with 2200
51 resister at 649 should be 680 little low but ok
cleaned switch
117z6 tube  pin out as follows
1 not used
2 121v
3 121v  note 2&3 connected
4 8.3v
5 120v
6 0.986
7 0
8 8.45v
