See what the guy is willing to do..hes a good seller Ive done business with going back a few years.
The cabinet looks pretty good really..some grill work issues but nothing major.
I have no idea about the dial but yeah the white center design looks hand done. I cand find an original. It may have flaked off at center there.
But if it were me for a keeper? I might stick a reproduction Knight dial in there if it can be made to work..it looks like it might.

^^That one is plastic and needs backlighting but you get the idea. Cant find an Admiral? Knight will work as its the same family
