As an alternative, you can purchase the dial belt kit from Radio Daze. http://www.radiodaze.com/
It consists of 1/8 inch square rubber belt material and a tube of super glue. You just cut it to size, about 10% short of the actual path length and glue it together. This is the product I use.
Or, you could purchase some 1/8 inch oversize o-rings locally and a tube of super glue. Again, you just cut it to size and glue it together. I have used this method and it works fine also.
You can also try Radio Daze for your decals. Another option for decals is AES.
