Today I did some wood filling along the bottom trim piece. I filled the nail holes, some depressions, and spaces between the front and side pieces. I did a quick sanding on it and applied some more wood filler. I'll let it set overnight, then sand some more tomorrow.
I'm using Famowood wood filler, walnut color. Fred Taylor told me he uses the stuff. That's good enough for me!
