I remembered the thread (alternate forum)(thanks Arran) cause I thought it was interesting as well.  Warwick made chassis I believe but some added info here

Neat find.  Those small consoles are cool/

We see these child sized consoles from time to time. I think there is a battery powered Sentinel for sale now on Ebay

The Sentinel (but I like the styling on yours better) and yours is conventionally powered
