For reference, attached is the wiring diagram for the early Philco 90 with push-pull 45 output tubes:
The page in the tech section on Philco 20/70/90 speakers is very helpful but only has the diagram for the single-ended output versions:

The wiring on my 90 was pretty mangled, so it took a bit of tracing of the schematic to figure it out.
