Hi Sam,

Looks like a 37-XXX or 38-XXX.Six tubes for 1937 and 6A8 and 2x 6K7 I'd say 37-620, 37-630 or 38-620:

If you can see the electrolytic part numbers and/or dial number we could probably be 100% sure by looking at the parts list.

As Nathan pointed out, it is most likely a 37-620. It isn't a 37-630 as there is no evidence of a wiring harness for a shadow meter.
