I understand the electrical differences.  My question is cabinet size.  Does the 650 have a larger cabinet than the 630?

I corrected the title of this thread so as not to cause confusion - you had "Philco 30 vs Philco 50" which are totally different animals from the 630 & 650.

Anyway...yes, the 650 definitely has larger cabinets plus wider space between the three lower shafts than the 630. You can't put a 630 inside a 650 cabinet, and vice versa.
